6/1/12 height 5’5” weight 135 the camera on my phone couldn’t get all my leg cuts… to bad. and i should taken a back shot too. well i was trying to take a picture without all these people looking at me anyways so it’s all good.
hah. didn’t work back today. that’s tomorrow. anyways just took a pic of my back cus i never did. back is my strong spot right now. chest is my weak spot.
Start. 2 Weeks. 1 month. the thing with the 3rd picture is that i don’t have a pump. i just worked legs today. gonna work back tomorrow and try to get more to upload.
Before & After 2 Weeks
my legs on 2nd leg day. i only worked them a few times and i haven’t been working them since cus i needa focus on my upper body… i see buff dudes with big arms etc. but the same size legs as me. i need to work my weak spots you know(: i only weigh like 130lbs and have the legs of a 155lb dude.
haha… so blogspot was too complicated so i just made a another tumblr blog. so who cares if it’s not what tumblr’s for. follow me or not? it’s to track my progress.
So 2-3 weeks ago i got a gym membership at 24 and it’s THE BEST(: Great place with friendly people. anyways… wrestling season just ended for me so i decided to start lifting on my own and getting SWOL!
